Description
Dersol-24% Ointment is a high-potency keratolytic ointment containing 24% Salicylic Acid, clinically used to manage stubborn skin conditions like corns, calluses, warts, psoriasis, and thickened plaques.
Salicylic Acid works by breaking down keratin — a protein that forms part of the skin structure — to exfoliate dead skin cells and help the skin renew itself. This strong concentration is usually prescribed under medical supervision and is not meant for use on large body surfaces.
